  • What is your turnaround time?

    Turnaround times vary depending on the size of your order and how busy we are. We will give you an estimated time of completion prior to beginning your order.

  • Do you offer volume discounts?

    We generally do not give volume discounts as our scanning process is very time consuming and our regular prices are as low as we can afford to charge. However in some cases discounts can be arranged for other optional services. You can save money by purchasing RestoreMyPix pre-paid credits.   • How do I receive your work?

    We will keep you up to date with your order status via email. When your order is complete we will send you an email with a secure link to download your retouched or restored image files. We also burn your completed order on to a CD, DVD, or USB Flash Drive. Whichever you had chosen when your order was placed. Mailed in originals will be sent back to you through regular mail service unless alternative arrangements have been made. ( courier, etc.)

  • Do you guarantee your scanning services?

    Yes we do. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We treat each and every print, slide, and negative we scan as if it was our own. Every scan is manually inspected and edited in Adobe Photoshop by real human beings, not a computer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the results we will do everything we can to make sure that you are.

  • How much does it cost to scan my photos, negatives and slides?

    We offer several different scan resolutions priced accordingly to the amount of time it takes.  Visit our scanning price list here for more pricing information.

  • Do you do retouching and restoration?

    Yes we do. We do everything from minor touch-ups to full image restoration. Click here for retouching and restoration service details and pricing information.

  • Do you do video transfers?

    No. Sorry, not at this time.

  • How do I pay for your services?

    We will send you an invoice from Paypal when your order is complete. You can pay with your PayPal account, Visa, Mastercard, or Debit Card. Local customers may also with cash or cheques.

  • What are RestoreMyPix Credits?

    We offer the option to purchase credits which can be used for any of our services. Each credit is 99 cents and can be purchased in any quantity.
